The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has moved the respondent no.1 by filing a disqualification petition under Section 42 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965. The same is filed in April - 2019, however it is not yet decided. 2.

Considering the nature of the matter, the respondent no.1 shall decide the proceedings filed by the petitioner preferably within four months from the date of formation of the new Government. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
