Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners and learned AGP. The petitioners are alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 15th April 2024 in Writ Petition No.3854 of 2024, whereby respondent No.3 was directed to decide the proposal in accordance with the rules and policies applicable, on or before 31st May 2024 by following due procedure. 2.

Respondent No.3 in the original Petition i.e. respondent No.1 in present Petition has filed affidavit-in-reply, thereby

cp-603.24 elaborating as to how he proceeded in the matter. It appears that after giving opportunity of hearing, he has taken decision on 27th June 2024, may be with some delay than the dead line that was given. That decision is in the form that he will take decision after an inquiry report is received. Respondent No.1 had then intimated to the superior that there should be a high level inquiry committee to be appointed for the fraud that has been committed or forgery of the documents.

Now, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that this decision by respondent No.1 dated 27th June 2024 was challenged by the petitioners in Writ Petition No.9696 of 2024 which was decided by this Court on 5th September 2024. Under such circumstance, there is no necessity to take any action under the Contempt of Courts Act in respect of the alleged disobedience of the order passed in Writ Petition No.3854 of 2024.

The Petition stands dismissed.
