Learned Advocate Mr. Advant waives notice for respondent. He strongly opposes the application for condonation of delay of 703 days in preferring the Review Application. 2.

It is to be noted that the applicant is a lady, aged 63 years and she is coming from remote place as well as she is illiterate. Taking into consideration all these factors and in the interest of justice, we find this to be a case where delay needs to be condoned.
