The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred beyond 30 kilometers. The scheme of couple convenience has not been adhered to. The petitioner joined the transferred place under protest. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given representation for giving benefit of couple convenience. The same is not considered.

Mr. C. T. Jadhav, learned counsel holding for Mr. V. D. Patnurkar, learned counsel, appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3. In case, the petitioner has given representation to respondent No.2 (page 64) and if the same is pending with respondent No.2, then
