The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent no. 2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee to decide his proposal expeditiously. 4.

Considering the fact that the proposal was filed as late as in the month of April 2024, although the tribe certificate was obtained in September 2019, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the committee to expedite the decision.
