The petitioner has been issued with scheduled tribe certificate but with an incorrect spelling of the tribe "Mannervarlu". It is issued in the name and style as "Mannerwarlu". The petitioner's application has been pending with the respondent - competent authority submitted online. The request is innocuous. The writ petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to consider and issue the tribe certificate with correct spelling of the name of the tribe and in the correct format as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks.
