The applicant seeks to condone delay of 710 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the application. Apparently, delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, following order.

The application is allowed.

Delay of 710 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

iii.

Appeal be registered after removal of the office objections.

iv.

The applicants seeks stay to the judgment and award under appeal.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents opposed the application.

Having considered the submissions advanced, there shall be ad-interim stay to the judgment and award under appeal subject to condition that the applicant deposits entire awarded amount with the Registry of this Court within a period of Twelve (12) Weeks from today. In case of failure to deposit the amount, ad-interim relief granted shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
