In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Junior Clerk (Page No.27) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
