ORDER

I) Delay of 1176 days caused in filing the Appeals is condoned.

II) Civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.

III) Appeals be registered in accordance with law. IV) On registration of Appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri L.C.Patil, learned Counsel waives service of notice for respondents - claimants. V) Service complete.

VI) List the Appeals for further consideration after 12 weeks.

VII) The execution of the award impugned in the present Appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under the award by the Acquiring Body in this Court within 12 weeks from the date of this order.
