The petitioner is in open prison. On earlier occasion, he was released on furlough on the condition of his furnishing P.R. bond only. Now the authorities concerned have granted him furlough but on the condition of furnishing cash security of Rs.5,000/- and surety bond in the like amount.

Since the petitioner is in open prison and he was released on furlough as against P.R. bond only, we are inclined to allow this Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses "b" and "c".
