The Petitioners have approached the Court vary late. The petitioners ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to professional course, the respondent No.2 - Committee, may if possible, endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 10.11.2020. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 28.10.2020.
