By order dated 22nd July, 2019 simple notice was issued to respondent No. 2 on a grievance that the order of this Court is not complied with.

Today, Mr. K.S. Patil, learned A.G.P. placed on record the order dated 18th September, 2019 whereby the headmaster is informed that the approval is granted to the petitioner's placement in one Deogiri School at Daulatabad, Taluka and District Aurangabad. This placement is from school run on non grant basis to the school being run on grant basis.

The order dated 18th September, 2019 is in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14th January, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.6114 of 2018. 4.

Mr. Bondar, learned Counsel for the petitioner

In view of the due compliance of the order of this Court dated 14th January, 2019, nothing survives more in the contempt petition and same is accordingly disposed of.
