It is submitted that, petitioners have raised dispute for apportionment of the compensation amount, the same is pending.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that, respondent no.3 would take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with the Provisions of the Maharashtra Highways Act.
