The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is receiving the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe with incorrect spelling. The validation proposal was moved before the committee and the same is pending. However, as the spelling of the tribe is wrongly spelled in the caste certificate, the committee is not decided the same.

The petitioner shall apply to the committee for issuance of the attested copy of the tribe certificate. On receipt of such application,

35-wp-7260-20 the Scrutiny Committee shall issue attested copy of the tribe certificate produced by petitioner within one (1) week. The petitioner shall file online application with respondent No.3 for getting corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner shall place the attested copy of the tribe certificate received from the committee before the respondent No.3. The respondent No.3, after verification of the same, issue corrected tribe certificate within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
