ORAL ORDER :- It is the grievance of the petitioner that petitioner is an allottee of the suit land. Te respondent entered into compromise in RCS No.615 of 2017 without making him any party. It is the contention of the petitioner that if the petitioner now seeks to assert his substantive right in respect of the said property, said compromise will come in his way as the very same suit property is involved. 2.

If it is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner is not the party to the compromise, then it is not understood how it will bind the petitioner. Te compromise would bind the signatories to

2 WP 11281.2018 the said compromise. In view of this position, on the own showing sine the substantive rights are not affected, it is not necessary to interfere.

It is open for the petitioner to persue his remedies as per law. 4.

Writ petition accordingly disposed of.
