The Petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (C) and (D) as under :- "C) The respondent No. 2 to 4 may kindly be directed to decide the application dated 31.02.2023 (Exh. 'C') for rental compensation within 2 months. D) The respondent No. 2-4 may kindly be directed to award the rental compensation on enhanced compensation with 9% p.a. interest as per Hon'ble Apex Court guidelines within stipulated time."

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.2, to initiate appropriate steps and arrive at a decision and redress the
