Mr. Thorat learned advocate submits that the request was made for cancellation of the said transfers. It has been negatived without assigning any reasons.

The transfers were effectuated as '

request transfers' on behalf of the petitioners. In case, the petitioners want to take benefit of couple convenience or such other claim, then the petitioners may file representation with the authority, which the authority will consider it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy.
