The petition is filed for giving direction to Chief Executive Officer, respondent No. 4 to conduct inquiry and take decision on the basis of application given by present petitioners dated 15.6.2013 to the Chief Executive Officer. The learned APP is present. Nobody is present for respondent No. 4. 2.

As there is acknowledgment appearing on the application and there are allegations made of serious nature against Mutwalli and as submission is made that petitioners are interested in waqf property and they are resident of that area, this Court holds that it was necessary for the Chief Executive Officer to make inquiry and give decision on it.

In the result, the petition is allowed. A direction is given to the Chief Executive Officer to make inquiry and give decision on the application given by the petitioners on 15.6.2013 within six months from the date of receipt of this order. The petition is disposed of.
