In Civil Application No. 8848/2018, prayer is made for impleadment of M/s Ambaji Trading Company as party respondent. Civil Application has also been presented by the said respondent i.e. M/s Ambaji Trading Company for intervention.

It is pointed out that in application for Special Leave to Appeal presented before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the proposed respondent was impleaded as party and the Special Leave Petition has been disposed of with a request to the High Court to decide the writ petition expeditiously.

Considering these aspects, we are of the opinion that Civil Application No. 8848/2018 deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'. 4.

Civil Application No. 8850/2018 stands disposed of in view of the order passed as above.

Place the petition together with all pending civil applications for consideration in the next week.
