The learned AGP submits on instructions that the Petitioner should get a letter from the Chief Executive Officer of the Waqf Board and the Tahsildar of Dharur, as is set out in the communication dated 21.08.2013, addressed to the Petitioner. Thereafter, by following the due procedure as is applicable, the grievance of the Petitioner would be redressed by carrying out the measurement.

We would advise a joint measurement if there is any dispute in any of the stake holders. Let this exercise be completed

(( 2 )) 926-WP-7206-2024 within 90 days from the date of tendering of the documents by the Petitioner. If the model code of conduct is declared, it would not be an impediment to complete this process.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
