This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2- Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, to take decision on the appeal presented by the petitioner, including the application for interim relief, challenging the order passed by the Additional Collector, Jalgaon in the year 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.
