The petitioners are employees of various Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Societies. They claim permanency by preferring a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Reliefs sought by private individuals are against the Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Societies, which are not the "State" under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of a remedy for seeking permanency/regularization in the services of the Vividh
