Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 31.05.2023 passed by the learned Collector, whereby the petitioner was disqualified as member of Gram Panchayat on the ground that he failed to submit the caste validity certificate. 3.

In the present matter, the elections were held in the year 2021 and hardly one month term of gram panchayat is remained and more particularly after disqualification, there is no interim order passed in this matter, nothing survives in this petition. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
