Present applications are filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State Government in satisfaction of the Land Acquisition awards settled before the Lok Adalat. Learned A.G.P. submits that the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and in view of the settlement arrived at, the State has deposited the amount of compensation. In view of the above, following order is passed:

ORDER

The Applicants in both the applications are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the State in respective matters. Civil Applications stand disposed of.
