Application filed by the petitioner for appointment of Court Commissioner before commencement of recording of evidence is rejected by the Trial Court.

Considering the fact that application for appointment of Court Commissioner is filed before commencement of recording of evidence, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order impugned in the present petition at this stage. Writ petition is therefore dismissed.

Petitioner is at liberty to move application for appointment of Court Commissioner after conclusion of recording Bhagyawant Punde
