Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 06th October, 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in line No. 9 of para No. 1 after the words "favour of the" the word "father" is inadvertently left out and the said word 'father' be added.

In view of above, in line No. 9 of para No. 1, after the words 'favour of the' word "father" be added. Necessary correction be carried out in the said order.
