The learned Advocate for the respondents/APMC prays for an adjournment.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of these petitions, the APMC is proceeding to fill up vacancies and by following 'pick and
917-wp-6143-18 group.odt choose' policy, those persons who have access to the APMC, are being accommodated and the APMC would then take a stand that there are no vacant posts.

In view of the above, stand over to 31/10/2018 in the urgent admission category. Until then, the APMC would not fill up such posts, which these petitioners are claiming. 4.
The Civil Applications filed by the petitioners are only with regard to placing certain documents on record. The pleadings in the Writ Petitions are yet to be completed as the respondents are yet to enter their affidavits in reply. 5.
In view of this position, the Civil Applications are allowed and the documents shall be brought on record by these petitioners with proper pagination in continuation, on or before 20/10/2018.

Needless to state, the respondents in the Writ Petitions are at liberty to enter their affidavits in reply so as to enable a hearing in the Writ Petitions on 31/10/2018.
