Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though by separate orders claims of her father and one Gangaram Ramrao Gaddamwad were also invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee, they had to prefer separate writ petitions in this Bench. By order dated 11 July 2024 on a statement being made by the learned A. G. P. on instructions that the Committee would withdraw the orders of invalidation, may be because an opportunity of participation was not extended to those individuals, the matters were remanded directing the petitioners therein to appear before the Committee on 30 July 2024.

Based on such happening, learned A. G. P. in the present matter would withdraw the order and the petitioner be directed

2 wp 6893.24 to remain present before the Committee so that even her proposal can be decided together with her father.

Writ petition is allowed partly. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14 August 2024. The Committee may thereafter decide her proposal afresh by withdrawing the order under challenge in the present writ petition. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J. ] [ MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ] bsb/Aug. 24
