This petition was listed on 05.08.2023 when the learned AGP stated that he would take appropriate instructions in the matter, considering the directions sought by the petitioner in the present petition.

On instructions, the learned AGP submits that the pending appeal filed by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer can be disposed of within three months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Sub Divisional Officer to dispose of the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today.
