Heard finally with consent at admission stage. The learned counsel for appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent are ad-idem that other appeals arising out of same acquisition and the same judgment of the Reference Court have been dismissed by the learned Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 17.07.2015 bearing First Appeal Stamp No. 18627 of 2015 with other connected first appeals.
