The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the showcause-notice dated 24th June 2022 by Oyster College of Physiotherapy within the district of Aurangabad. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner-college submits that, the order of affiliation to the petitioner-college was not extended for the academic session 2022-23 and, therefore, the challenge to the show-cause-notice dated 24th June 2022 has been rendered infructuous.

Writ Petition No.5855 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
