DATE : 02/08/2016 PER COURT :- This application seeks quashing of Crime No.II-3007/2014 of Kranti Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad alongwith charge sheet of R.C.C.No.1873/2014 which is pending in the Court of C.J.M. Aurangabad. The parties are present before the Court and they are identified by their advocates. The respondents-victims of the alleged crime have filed affidavit which is taken on record. The offence alleged against the applicants accused does not appear to be of serious nature. Parties have settled the dispute. We are therefore inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clause "B". Accordingly application is disposed of.
