Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1 Jagansing Umarsing Pardeshi, who died on 12th April 2021. Though there is delay of 47 days for fling this application, but considering the right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B and B-1. The amendment be carried out within the stipulated period.
