The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the impugned orders were passed the applicant had undergone a medical procedure
2 ca 8850&8851.2023 and, as such, was not in a physically fit state to file the civil revision applications and there has also been financial difficulty that he was facing at relevant time. The delay caused is not intentional.

For the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in filing the present civil revision applications for condoning the delay of 46 days in both the matters delay is condoned. The civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.
