The petitioner's proposal is pending with the scrutiny committee since October 2022. It is still to be decided. The petitioner has appeared for NEET-UG-2024 and is seeking early decision. 2.

Taking into account the fact that already the vigilance enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner has submitted his reply, we dispose of the writ petition directing the committee to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the committee.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12 July 2024.
