The petitioner submits that he has appeared for NEET examination. This Court, in a Writ Petition filed by the petitioner earlier bearing Writ Petition No.13534 of 2019, under order dated 7th November 2019 directed the Committee to decide the proceeding within four months. The same is not yet decided. 2.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th October 2020. The Committee ought to have decided the proceeding by now. The Committee shall decide the proceeding by 9th November 2020. 3.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
