This matter was on board on 3.7.2019 and was posted to 18.7.2019 for removing office objections and passing orders. At 2.30 pm, learned Advocate for the appellant made a request that the issue could be resolved if the matter is kept today. Hence, it was posted on this date.

The impugned order dated 17.6.2019 is with regard to leave granted by the trial Court to the respondents to withdraw the amount deposited with the competent authority at Dhule. Learned Advocate for respondent No.1 / claimant makes a statement, on instructions, that he would not withdraw the said amount till CMA No.158 of 2012 is decided. He further submits that the Contempt proceedings filed by him would not be pressed till such decision.
