1] The learned counsel appearing for the parties agreed that there is an alternate remedy provided under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. 2] In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority under the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. 3] All the contentions of the parties are left open.
