Pursuant to the order passed by this court on 22.8.2014, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- in this court. Since the petitioner now wish to withdraw this P.I.L., an amount of Rs.15,000/- be returned to the petitioner and remaining amount of Rs.10,000/- be transmitted to the account of High Court, Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
