The learned APP pointed out that the order of externment was made on 30th January, 2019 and it was for the period of two years. He submitted that the said period is over. The matter was not prosecuted till today and the matter came before this Court only due to direction given by this Court to place all the matters, which are kept in board department. Thus, during last two years, no interest was shown to prosecute the matter and today also nobody is present to say that he wants to take the decision in respect of the order made by the authority. In view of these circumstances, the matter is disposed of due to non-prosecution and also for the reason that it has become infructuous.
