Mr.Dheple, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present Contempt Petition, the Respondent No.5 has complied the order of this Court and has given appointment order to the petitioner and has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the Education

Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. The Education Officer(Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously.

In light of the above, though belatedly the contempt stands purged.

The Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
