The petitioner seeks inter district transfers. 2.

As per the Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2017, if any dispute arises with regard to inter district transfers, the Commissioner has power to consider the grievance of the parties in that regard.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Commissioner for his grievance. In case, the petitioner approaches the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall decide the same within a
