Per Court :- Heard Mr. V.J. Dixit, learned Senior Counsel for quite some time. After elaborate submissions from Mr. V.J. Dixit, learned Senior Counsel, when this court was not inclined to grant the bail, he upon instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. Permission is granted. At the same time, he made a prayer that, trial be expedited.

[2] The Applicant is in jail since 22nd July, 2015. Speedy trial is a right of accused, who is in jail. In that view of the matter, the learned Special Judge is requested to expedite the trial.
