Present application has been fled by the respondents in Criminal Revision Application No.91 of 2020 for withdrawal of amount of Rs.61,000/- which has been deposited by the respondent-revision applicant. It appears that in view of the order passed by this Court on 06.08.2020, the amount of Rs.61,000/- has been deposited on 09.09.2020. Present applicants i.e. respondents in the revision deserve to withdraw the said amount.

Hence, the application is allowed. The amount deposited towards maintenance by the revision applicant to the tune of Rs.61,000/- is allowed to be withdrawn by her. The application stands disposed of.
