Learned A.G.P. submits that the learned Advocate General for the State of Maharashtra had made a statement before the principal seat at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 14046 of 2017 with connected writ petitions that the notices issued to the petitioner/cooperative society under the earlier resolution under which price of milk has been raised as Rs. 27/- per liter would not be given effect to since the earlier resolution does not survive and the fresh Govt. Resolution is already issued on 27/09/2018 reducing the price of milk from Rs. 27/- per liter to Rs. 25/- per liter. As the Govt. Resolution assailed in the present writ petition does not survive, the purpose of the writ petition stands served.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the fresh resolution, the petitioner is at
