35.wp.7718.2020.odt by the Collector afresh under Section 14 (1) (j-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act.

The learned advocates of the petitioners in both the petitions now submit that pursuant to the order and direction of the Commissioner a fresh measurement has taken place. They therefore, on instructions, seek withdrawal of their respective Writ Petitions with liberty to take recourse to the law in accordance with the decision of the Collector. With this liberty, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
