There is lethargy on the part of the petitioner in submitting the proposal for verification of the caste claim with the Respondent / Committee. It is only on 19-07-2021 the petitioner submitted the proposal for verification of the caste claim. The petitioner was aware that he is intending to take admission in the professional course. Now, at the eleventh hour he is seeking direction against the Committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee, if it is Gajanan
