A Revision Application preferred by the Petitioners on 20/08/2022, which is lodged on 29/08/2022, is pending before Respondent No.2/ Minister, Revenue and Forest Department, Mumbai. Notices have still not been issued.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, only if Respondent No.2 is not available, that Respondent No.1/Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department, is vested with the jurisdiction to deal with such matters.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to the Respondents, as the case may be, to decide the said proceeding by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 90 days from today.
