Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the present cri. writ petition, the petitioner had filed another application for providing police protection and by recent order it has been rejected. In view of this, he seeks withdrawal of this criminal writ petition with liberty to file fresh criminal writ petition in view of fresh cause of action. 2.

He is allowed provided it is the fresh cause of action.
