Mr. Tope, learned counsel for nonapplicants submits that the applicants wants to deposit the rent which they claimed was agreed at the time the respondent-Corporation was a Municipal Council.

If the applicants want to deposit rent, the applicants may deposit the said amount in this Court without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either parties.
